On October 3rd 2017 we announced our official launch of Umber Toronto. We’ve been operating in the city for quite some time now and enjoy it so much that we’ve decided it was the best place to grow our second full-service branch.

We’ve been operating in the city for quite some time now and enjoy it so much that we’ve decided it was the best place to grow our second full-service branch. We’ve been working hard to bring Toronto our fresh take on home buying and selling with the same unique experience that our Ottawa clients already know and love.

Back in February, we hosted a two-day Virtual Reality in Real Estate event at Toronto’s energetic Artscape Youngplace community cultural hub. Meeting Toronto residents and seeing how enthusiastically they welcomed the Umber VR Home Walkthroughs gave us confidence that the city of Toronto was ready for change.

“Change” – a simple word that has been part of our company vocabulary since day one. What does change mean for the real estate industry? It’s not just how our innovations will push forward and replace traditional buying and selling services, nor is it solely our high regard for design and how it relates to client experience. Real change starts with the people that work day in and day out to give Umber clients something better, something more fair and forward-thinking. Every Umber Agent is instilled with motivations that go beyond the monetary element of a real estate transaction but instead celebrates the human interaction and relationship between us and our client community.
