Before a new Umber Agent begins, there’s a lot to learn about our approach and the Umber Agent Retreat is where it all begins. Through a series of intensive seminars and training, newcomers are immersed in a variety of experiences outlying company policies, Umber’s high moralistic standard, and a review of our innovative practices that set us apart from others. We also have a lot of fun!

We believe that to get there, we must go there together. Every one of our oncoming agents learns as a team, so they can move forward together and work in a collective manner. This bond creates an internal system that provides each Umber Agent with guidance, support, and an honest sense of pride and accomplishment, much like a family.
